It is rare for me to do a review but I made an exception for the awesome Peasant Grill! I ordered salads this past weekend from the Peasant Grill for a party. I had a small snafu with communications. What impressed me more than their awesome food, was the fact, that even though the mistake was no big deal, the owner Barry reached out to me immediately to make sure I was taken care of. Absolutely amazing. From food to service no complaints. The options were great. Definitely recommend the eggplant parm and vegetable lentil soup! The desserts were great too. We recommend the lemon bars, pecan pie bars, rice pudding and Hawaiian carrot cake! The owner made us feel very welcome too! Great find hope you give it a try
This place is one of my all time favorites and definitely a go-to. They have a reliable established assortment of salads, sandwiches, quiches, soups and baked goods that are available daily and rotating specials for lunch and dinner that always hit the spot. Portions are generous and quality is superb. Owned by a lovely couple, this place offers a range from of items you’ll be coming back for time and time again. Even if not in the Hopewell area, it’s worth the drive.
