“My family and family friends (who live in the area) love ordering sushi from Nagoya Sushi & Hibachi. We personally prefer ordering the sushi and sashimi platters (e.g - tiger roll, dragon roll, etc. are all great) and our orders are always presented very well for take-out. The staff are also very nice. They also have bubble tea! I like the milk tea with no bubble tea.“
“First time here. We planned to play golf and get ice cream in the area, so we searched for a restaurant to try. I had the pineapple fried rice with shrimp. My dining partner had the basil fried rice with chicken. Both dishes were good. The staff were very attentive.“
“The sushi here is delicious! The fried rolls are one of the best I’ve had. We got the American Dream Roll, Summer Roll, and Middlesex Roll. All were so good and fresh. The presentation on the plates were so cute too! This is definitely our new sushi spot.“
“1st time there. The food was great. So was our cook, Simi, for hibachi. We had an issue with the grill, had to move to a different table, and we were given fresh rice because our first plate was cold by the time he started cooking again. I will definitely go back. Thank “
“overall i highly recommend this place. you aren’t coming here for the service but that’s ok. the food is always fresh and tasty and super cheap. i recommend both the sushi and hibachi. i also recommend making a reservation because they get really busy sometimes.“
“Went there for first time. They have a lot of Japanese and Chinese food options in the menu. But we had soup, sushi and noodles. All the food we ordered were really good. Even our server was very nice and friendly. Would definitely go back again there to try different items from the menu ?“
“Food always good. They don't take to substitution much. If you want friend rice instead of white rice it's an upcharge of $3. Overall a Friendly atmosphere and what's great is, it's BYOB.Parking: Several paid parking lots all within 2-5 mins walk“
“Great sushi! I have only ordered take out in the past but i recently ate in the restaurant and had a wonderful experience. Nissim, the mashgiach/manager was very accommodating to all of our needs and went above and beyond to insure we had a great meal and great service!“
“This is my mom's favorite lunch spot. Always a stop after dr. appointments or shopping. Food is fresh and delicious. Servers are kind and friendly. Highly recommend. My son loves the sushi and vegetarian options.Vegetarian options: My son loves the vegetarian options.“
“Went here to eat yesterday with family. Although the outside was in need of work I give this place 5 stars. The food was good, the service was good and the cook was awesome. Not crowed at all and the inside was the just like any other Hibachi! We enjoyed ourselves !“
“Ordered for the first time tonight. I figured it’s the busiest night of the year so I won’t be disappointed if it’s just “eh”. Wow was I surprised - THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST CHINESE TAKEOUT I HAVE HAD SINCE MOVING TO BRICK in 2003! Thank you for a delicious New Year’s Eve meal! You have a new customer!“
“Great fried dumplings and excellent egg rolls. This place deserves higher than this rating, (sidenote: Kings is overrated.) Lo mein has lots of veggies. Chow mein was healthy and mellow. Nice and close to Source Brewery. Unassuming location but quality food, definitely would return.“
“I have to say, we ordered in, and it was probably the hottest food I've ever eaten, I give them a lot of credit for making it so well. Probably one of the best chicken udon I've ever eaten, and the miso soup was super super hot. Teriyaki chicken was very good, And they do it really really quickly. Great job.“
“Fully stocked bar and packed downstairs during a long weekend, Sat upstairs and service was fast and friendly. They had the usual hibachi fun shinanigans and the environment was great for little kids.I ordered the tuna hibachi and it was overcooked unfortunately. The chicken was cooked well and priced reasonably ($27).The sushi was good & apps too (tuna, fried squid).“
“I’ve been living in Freehold for 27 years, yet I couldn’t even name another food court restaurant, let alone endear myself to any so much as I have Little Tokyo. When I was a little girl, I would so look forward to their INIMITABLE teriyaki dark meat chicken samples, and I spent my first wages ever on an actual meal from this place. It is a time-tested fixture at the Freehold mall, a must-have if you ever work or shop here and still a reliably fast and delicious option for me when I am in the area. I’m pretty sure I’ve been helped by the exact same woman at the front of the line my entire life, and she gives me a big smile every time I see her. I’ve tried teriyaki/bourbon chicken at other malls all over the state, and this is the only one that is not only delicious, but is prepared in way that is not greasy. This is truly the only place I will go for Americanized Chinese food and enjoy it at all. My go-to: 2 sides, 2 entrees - string beans and plantains, double teriyaki chicken. Even post-pandemic, the price is unbeatable for the amount of food you get.“
“We love this place. They call us by name. They are artists and chefs of the best quality. They always take care of us and we would certainly defend the honor of this incredible institution. Seriously Nagoya is our go to and they always fill our bellies with delicious food.“
“Homemade hot mustard sauce and free freshly fried wonton strips (as opposed to machine made, stale ones, you know what I mean) with sauce sets this place apart from others.Superior egg drop and hot&sour soup. None can compete in area of point pleasant and brick.Fried/Steamed dumplings are not wrapped in the chewy thick dough that you commonly find in other Chinese restaurants. It's worth every bite. The crab rangoon is cream cheese wrapped in a pastry dough that is amazing. The boneless beef ribs are tender and yummy. The cold noodles with sesame sauce is amazingly addictive. The shrimp toast is by far their best appetizer. You will not find a more scrumptious piece of toast. When they say prawns, you will not get the tiny shrimps, these are huge. Worth every penny.By far the best Chinese restaurant in Point Pleasant and Brick. For those who complain about their coupons, they used to honor them when it was on their menu. I never had a problem.“
“We had a celebration at Koto’s today. There were 5 adults and 5 kids ages 8,11,13,16 and 19. The food and portions were perfect. The entertainment by our Hibachi Chef was far superior to any place we have ever been. We were even allowed to bring our own cake. A good time was had by all. We highly recommend Koto’s.“
“My first impression of the resturant is it’s very clean. Came here with friends and families. I was surprised to discover a great sushi place with fresh sashimi and tasty rolls!Staff is friendly and service is quick! Atmosphere is good and the owner is a very nice man! Will definitely come back!“
“I love this place more and more each time I go! The woman behind the counter, Debbie, is such a pleasure! She is so very sweet and provides more than amazing service. The food on the other hand comes out FAST and PERFECT. I recommend this place 100%!“
