My wife and I have dined at Raine’s in Howell twice now, the first time we were there I had the Fried pastry stuffed with meat (pastelitos), fried pork chops, the rice (Moro de oro), fried plantains ( tostones) and for dessert I had the tres leches. My wife had the grilled steak, rice (Moro the oro). The second time we were there we both had the grilled steak, rice (Moro de oro), beans, plantains, and for dessert the tres leches. I love this place, the food is so delicious but it seems like they are closed all the time. Specially if you want to use Door Dash.
I love their Spanish breakfast but they’re so inconsistent with their hours. Do better.
