Yall messed up my wife's order, nuff said
First of all, you couldn’t order unless you did so via the app; secondly, you couldn’t even add extra pickles, unless you paid for them, and you could only do so through the app, which did not have extra pickles on their menu; and lastly, I only eat whopper juniors, and this one was the worst by far, ıt, literally, had maybe a teaspoon of mayonnaise and no tomato.
You need more or faster workers around lunch time in the drive thru everyday. They always take 10-15 minutes per car during lunch. It’s ridiculous
Burger King offers fast and friendly service with accurately customized orders. Customers appreciate the Whopper Junior with extra pickles and small value fry. While the food can sometimes look mashed down, the staff's effort to please customers is evident. The team works well together to deliver delicious and hot meals promptly. The manager is courteous and kind, making a new shake for a customer. Food was handled with care and all ordered items were provided. One employee is extremely nice and over the top with customer service, always bright, cherry, and positive. The Honduran woman and her daughter at night really care, are awesome, a breath of fresh air, provide wonderful customer service, and prepare food fresh with love.
