“best crullers outside of NYC!“

“Going inside the dunkin is much quicker, food and drinks are great however the drive thru line is very slow. 3 cars ahead of me and it takes a half hour just to get your food. they mess up a lot of orders in the drive thru. 3 people behind the counter with no customers inside and taking a half hour to wait and get your stuff through there is ridiculous.“

“This place used to be good and my go to place. Recently they’ve gotten new management and it’s not as good as before. They don’t speak any english and don’t try to address any problems I have when I go there. The kids at night are so nice and it’s always a better experience going at that time. So much more polite and friendly. If it weren’t for them, I wouldn’t go here.“

“My grandchildren love this place so my son took us at there at 5 minutes before closing at 5 pm. They were nice enough to let us in. We got Bavarian Cream and Chocolates S’mores. Delicious!! Very unique and tasty donuts with friendly and smiling staff. My grandchildren have great taste!!“

“This Dunkin is very spacious inside. I was traveling with my family and was in the area, looking for a comfortable place to be able to sit down and get some work done. They have multiple styles of chairs and tables to sit or work at. The seating was comfy and they provide free wifi. I was able to enjoy my tea and chocolate glazed donut, along with my book while my husband and sister did their zoom meetings. It was very clean and the staff was nice. Even though there was light music playing, it was still pretty quiet. This was exactly what we were looking for and was perfect for our needs.“

“Hands down this has to be the best dunkin location in the Howell-Freehold area. The donuts and munchkins here are the freshest of any dunkin location I go to. This location also has Apple Spice donuts which I can't find anywhere in Howell, only at the freehold locations.“

“I got my app order always. 5 mins later o go drive thur. My app voice to order "hi, I'm deaf. My name is timmie... Always I ordered it. Then pull to pick up drive thur then I show to her. She said no no no sorry.... I said why? Try again to read my order by app dount dunkin always. She said oh okay then get food without pepsi. Few sec she forget give you pepsi.

Why not communicate by app pick up or drive thur always order and easy and no question or complain. Shame it“
