“This was my first experience here. I am struggling to review as the food was good, the staff was working hard, but it was very chaotic and despite all the staff working hard, they couldn't keep up. And, they don't have any napkins. I'm all about the environment but why no napkins but have plastic straws???“

“Shout out to Bubbakoos in New Paltz NY. I forget to hit submit on my online order so when I went in to pick up there was no order for me. When I saw my mistake they made my order right away. That was so awesome of them. I really appreciated the awesome customer service- especially when the error was all mine.“

“Great experience, was so sweet to my 6 year old. Heard she was only on plain foods for another day and that she was going to give her cookie to me. To which I told her we would just save the cookie for the next morning “cookie will be good the next day right?” “Of course they will be even better in the morning”. So kind to us. Then when I get home there are two cookies. That brought a tear to my eye. Stuff like that means a lot to me, there are good people in this world. So I tell my daughter there are two cookies for her and her sister. (I don’t need the cookies, I rather my kids enjoy them and spread the happiness). But I rather everyone know that the people here will treat your kids with kindness and that’s what matters.“

“I ordered in store and ate in store. I was served a cold chalupa. I was really hungry and in a rush so I didn't send it back. Other than that food was okay standard Tacobell. Restaurant was clean and had a nice cashier.
