This Starbucks location is my daily stop and I always have a great experience. The staff are all wonderful and the drinks/food are always on point. I’ve even asked for their recommendation on drinks to try and they are so sweet and make a wonderful drink. Thank you to the team for a great experience every time!
Yesterday I placed an order online, but had to leave due to a work emergency. I called the store and the team heard me out and kindly said they could remake it another time. I came back today and spoke to Sami, who kindly heard me out and the team remade my drink. As a former barista, I am very grateful to see this level of customer service. Thank you for the accommodation and kindness.
