“I honestly can say that their staff are amazing. I was greeted very kindly and they made sure that they got everything on my order correct. Their espresso and coffee was perfect. There pastries soft and fresh. There brownies and almond croissants are to die for. I can easily say this is the best coffee shop that I have visited, and after a long day of shopping this is the place to go grab a nice fresh cup of coffee.“
“The food really wasn't hot, but it was okay. And lately I noticed that some of the things aren't as filled like the French fries. They could do a little bit more to add more into the packaging, but other than that, it's okay.“
“This place used to be good and my go to place. Recently they’ve gotten new management and it’s not as good as before. They don’t speak any english and don’t try to address any problems I have when I go there. The kids at night are so nice and it’s always a better experience going at that time. So much more polite and friendly. If it weren’t for them, I wouldn’t go here.“
“Very good customer service. But, while I realize the staff do not get cash payments that often, when they are giving change they must give the coins first and then the bills. Do not give the coins and cash all at once. Three times the change has been dropped. No one’s fault, just need new training.“
“This was the best customer service experience I've had in a very long time. I had placed my order on the app, but when I had reached the order board the young man said he didn't see my order and maybe i ordered at another DnD. A manager heard our conversation, asked me what my order consisted of and put it through. When I parked I checked and I definitely placed the order at a different location. This was totally my mistake, but the manager just went ahead and made everything ok without making me feel like an idiot. Thank you whomever you are. You are what everybody in the service industry, including myself, should strive to be. You taught me something about hospitality.“
“Saw some banners on the road for Spire and decided to stop in to give it a try. So glad I did. Decadent coffee drinks and desserts. And. And. And. They also sell Ob-Co donuts. Doesn’t get much better than that. Coffee was really smooth and tasty. Crumb cake was amazingly fresh. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely a calm and cool place to enjoy a coffee with friends. I’ll be back next time I’m in the area.“
“Ok, I came yesterday and it was amazing. Teas and Lattes are great. (Not trues coffee yet).Today this Mango Checken Nacho [and in Hate Mango, but mom insisted]... Amazing! I like Mango now.Visit #3 - got the special veggies Buffalo wrap! ? this is amazing!And the Avocado Tofu Scamble toast which I give it an 8. (I'd change 2 things to make it 10 in my book, 1. Heat the plate to prevent toast from cooling down. 2. Spread the toppings to be mixed and not three separate)Atmosphere: seats are too hard, and straight backed. The menu alone is reason to, but it's just not comfortable. Too much hookah art LOL.“

They treat my son like family, particularly Val and Brandon, whom I always request. It’s heartwarming when they inquire about my family, remember my favorite dishes, and take the time to brighten my son’s day with extra smiles. Their genuine care means the world to us. While you can find pancakes anywhere, the genuine friendship they extend to my son is truly unique to this place. Thank you for employing such exceptional individuals. “The young ladies at the Howell Playa Bowl location, are so sweet. They are welcoming, efficient and pleasant. Sometimes you go into places like this and the young girls are miserable. Not at this location; my daughters say the exact same thing! And they go at all different times. I'm so glad a Playa Bowl opened up in our neighborhood!“
“This place can be hit or miss. A big turn over with workers it seems like and some are much better than others. Some are super nice while one lady scolded me when i came too early to pick up my online order which was unnecessary.Usually they get my coffee on point but there can be wait times. They have a drive thru and it usually moves pretty quickly.“
