When I walked in to place my order I was greeted nicely by this young lady she told me her name was Ayat, very sweet girl when I ordered my coffee she made sure it was nice and hot, and when I ordered my pastries she made sure they were soft, I would definitely come back to this Gloria Jean’s again! Thank you Ayat!!!
Goad the old staff is gone. Such a nice atmosphere and great coffee. If you visit Jackson must stop by and purchase a coffee from this place. Hands down way better compared to Other brands in the area.

I honestly can say that their staff are amazing. I was greeted very kindly and they made sure that they got everything on my order correct. Their espresso and coffee was perfect. There pastries soft and fresh. There brownies and almond croissants are to die for. I can easily say this is the best coffee shop that I have visited, and after a long day of shopping this is the place to go grab a nice fresh cup of coffee.
