“Quickly seated, drink and app order taken. Solid menu of sushi and cooked dishes. Edamame was served nice and hot along with my green tea. Salad was nice and fresh, ginger dressing just right. The sashimi was beautifully plated and tasted great. My glass was never empty and service kind. Absolutely recommend and would return.“

“It was our honor and privilege to be a part of a dear friend's B'day Bash last Sunday at Kochi. Dining at Kochi was one of the, if not THE, most memorable experience ever. We were totally floored by the exquisite food - and service - provided by Chef and Owner Mr. Jebu Matthew and his team. From the cool berry drink and amazing classic South Indian appetizers, to the numerous - and for us, many new - items that kept appearing in front of us almost magically during the main meal, served in the traditional South Indian style (on banana leaves), right through the delectable halwa and delicious jaggery rice payasam (desserts), we could feel the love and careful attention with which each item was prepared and pride with which each item was served. Plus, being served by Mr. Matthew himself was, in and of itself, humbling. He patiently explained the intricacies of each delicacy which helped us understand the complexity of the cuisine's varied flavors. To be actually seated (for hours) and served at the table greatly enhanced the culinary experience. We have rarely, if ever, felt that we have consumed a feast - but now, can proudly say so - because of Mr. Matthew and our experience at Kochi. An older gentleman came to my door with a smile very friendly. After he handed me the bag he extended his hand for a hand shake and said happy new year. “Came here with 3 other people while we were visiting the area. We all got a sushi roll lunch special and then shared the scallion pancake and fried gyoza. It was all delicious. I got the salmon/avocado roll and chicken tempura roll. So fresh. I also saw they had an all you can eat option and will probably come back to try it when I'm back in the area.“
