I got the $6 meal deal and specifically told them MANY times that the coffee was hot with milk and sugar. Maybe they didn’t speak English but they just didn’t understand. Then, we got the coffee and STILL NO MILK. the girl at the drive through was very rude too. Don’t come here if you are looking for your order to be correct. It will always be wrong

They always manage to mess up my order. Why would I PAY for less ice when they just put full ice anyway. The staff is unwelcoming and the owner, Justine I believe, is incredibly unprofessional and believes it’s ok to yell at staff in front of customers. This place needs to be torn down and everyone needs to be fired. I’m contacting corporate.

They indirectly called my friend the A-word for your behind when she conversationally told them that she used to work for a competitor. As in my friend was trying to say that she gets how things can be at coffee places because she used to work at [competitor], and the lady working just deadpanned that she didn't like that place because their coffee is expensive and everyone that works there is an ace-in-the-hole, except the lady used the actual word, if you know what I'm saying. Comparatively not my worst experience at a Dunkin', but I won't be planning any stops at this location in the future all the same. They also did not offer my friend a straw for her straw-only cup by the way. They had them so plainly in sight and reach that she got one for herself, and rest assured they berated her for that too.

The woman that I first spoke to at the drive thru was very unpleasant. However, the guy at the actual window was friendly and professional. Turns out, he was the only thing good about the visit. The chipotle hash brown wrap was terrible! The egg tasted like it was in a plastic bag for days before it was microwaved and put in the wrap. The iced coffee tasted so bitter, like it was mixed with fresh brewed iced tea. I contacted the store and got a generic email from Patty, the owner. She said they watched the security video and everything was prepared correctly and then proceeded to lecture me on how I should order ahead of time instead of waiting in the drive thru. I asked for a gift card so I could get something else since my food was thrown away it tasted so bad and she told me “no” since they watched the security video. Well, thanks Patty, but you can prepare crap “correctly” but it will still taste like crap. Perhaps you’re ingredients aren’t fresh or you don’t know what “correct preparation” means because they items don’t make me want to through up when I get them from other Dunkin’s!

Laurie is the heart and soul of this Dunkin’!

Every time I come in and see Laurie behind the counter, I know my day’s off to a great start. She’s fast, friendly, and always gets the order right — even when it’s complicated. You can tell she really cares about the customers and takes pride in what she does.

Whether it’s remembering your regular coffee order or just throwing in a smile and a “have a great day,” Laurie brings a little light to your morning. Dunkin’ is lucky to have her, and so are we as customers.
