Well they got my order wrong! The woman at the counter was rude! The gentleman was terrific! In all the woman needs to find another job i will never go here again

Every time I come in and see Laurie behind the counter, I know my day’s off to a great start. She’s fast, friendly, and always gets the order right — even when it’s complicated. You can tell she really cares about the customers and takes pride in what she does.
Whether it’s remembering your regular coffee order or just throwing in a smile and a “have a great day,” Laurie brings a little light to your morning. Dunkin’ is lucky to have her, and so are we as customers.

They managed to get my order wrong even after confirming 3 times with me at the drive thru window. Please please put an experienced person at the drive thru window

I went through the drive through ordered a very simple order, a frozen matcha latte, and it seems too many of the fast food places put inexperienced people, or people that are afraid to talk on the drive thru. When I got to the window, there was some exotic coffee waiting for me with pumps of this and shots of that.Nothing at all like what I ordered. And then panickin ensued and I had to wait, well over five minutes for my original order. disappointing when something easy becomes so hard. Not to mention the line of cars that was now waiting behind me as a result of this. also I had already paid before. I received the wrong order. So i'm fairly sure that I was overcharged, but it was now taking too long for what should have been a very quick stop. And mind you I saw four people in the store working, so somebody should have stepped up and gotten this line moving.
Nailed my order and even hooked me up with a little extra. Clean inside. Perfect location on route 15 so you can just order in advance using their mobile app, run in and pickup your order, and then continue on your merry way. Plenty of parking on the side and back of the building as well.

I’ve been coming to this Dunkin for a little over 2 years now. The manager Chris my boy, so I’ll continue to go. I usually don’t write reviews but this has gotten to a point I can’t even deal with anymore. I always get an iced original blend coffee with cream sugar and caramel, usually is correct. I also usually get the hashbrowns (EXTRA CRISPY) are then ever extra crispy? NO like it’s one simple thing they can never get right. Not to mention almost every time i order a food item part or all of it tastes like chemicals… like idk what yall doing but this dunkin has gone to shit
