I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Daily Planet and was fortunate enough to encounter Ivy the bartender! Despite the bar being busy, Ivy was attentive, friendly, and seemed to be generally interested in engaging with patrons. She interacted with everyone at the bar and made sure that they had everything they needed. As someone who worked in service for years, you experience all types of personalities good and bad. It’s refreshing to see someone behind the bar who enjoys what they do. I would come back just for the positive atmosphere that the Daily Planet has while Ivy is bartending!

Really disappointed by the bartender. Didn't really feel welcome from the second we sat down. Just wanted to have a couple drinks and we weren't bothering anyone. Tried to ask her a basic question to engage in conversation and she says "that's none of your business". Gave us some dirty looks and it got really awkward.Maybe if you're a regular it's a good spot but I won't be trying it again.
