“I have had two bridal showers at Portofino in Oak Ridge, and not only did everyone love the food, but Nancy and the entire staff is outstanding. They go above and beyond to help you in any capacity that they can. I highly recommend Portofino either for lunch, dinner or any kind of event you have whether it is big or small. You can't go wrong with Portofino, I can't say enough great things about the staff and restaurant!“

“Came for dinner with another couple. The tapas eggplant was delicious, light and flavorful. Just lovely. We had two burgers and two steaks. All delicious and perfectly cooked. Service was excellent and the restaurant is beautiful, however, there is a huge bar in the middle of the restaurant. Which normally would not be an issue but this evening four young women were “working” the older men sitting at the bar. It became clear as the evening progressed that this was going on. None of us could believe what was happening right next to our table!! As the targeted men left the bar the young women quickly moved on to their next victims. It was all very obvious and pretty repulsive. Such a shame to have this type of thing happening in a lovely restaurant. I would hope management will be alerted by the bartenders that their establishment has become prey for this type of behavior. Quite unsettling.“

“We love it at The Windlass! Although it's doesn't have the atmosphere other restaurants in the lake have, we love the food, the people and the drinks. My personal favorites are the pizza, Chicken Parmesan with vodka sauce and the Berry Cosmo. We love Nancy and Frank, at the bar, and rarely sit at a table. We love coming here to change up our dining experience and highly recommend you considering the experience! It's great off season and even better in season! Enjoy!“

“September 26 2025 we had a 50 person wedding at Alice’s I can’t not say thank you loud enough, to the entire staff. The most professional, caring staff I have ever seen. The food was amazing the buffet was never empty, came in well in our budget and the views and that sunset. From coordinating calls, decorating our table, marrying us, to keeping us on schedule. Andre had our whole group raving about how great the food was. From the appetizers to the cake, we really couldn't have asked for better. On top of it all, the location is STUNNING! The staff helping to serve us were so friendly and pleasant and together they all helped make sure our wedding day was the best day of our life. I can't recommend Andre's enough, and we will certainly be returning for a meal!“

Sara behind the counter has gotten to know me and ALWAYS remembers my order. Tonight, she asked me what was new, and I told her I had been upset all day worrying about all the stuff I have on my plate right now getting my business ready to open. She was the sweetest. When I reached for my credit card, she told me my order was on her and gave me a hug and said, "You got this." The pickled Coyote was so good wish I can buy some for home. Our food was very very good. My boyfriend got the beef ramen and I got the pork udon soup. Dumplings were amazing everything was great. Our server was just very friendly. The bathroom was super clean. Would come again for sure! My new favorite place. Becoming regulars. Don’t listen to the bad reviews. Those people don’t know good food I been to 6 other ramen and soup houses. And this one is far very good. Please visit this establishment. The pork was so tender! Update. The kimchi was good. I don’t really like spicy but it was amazing when dipped in the soup the kimchi. The server/owner was talking about the probiotic properties of the kimchi very informational very happy. And the filtered water cups were a plus. And the hot tea when we first sat down was nice and welcoming. I wasn’t a fan but I still love to interact with different cultures.“

“me & my boyfriend came in tonight, 9/16/25. we met my boyfriends dad for his birthday & the bartender was amazing! he definitely went above & beyond for us. they did the airplane shot for his birthday & gave him the beautiful hate to wear. the bartender joked with us while we were there & kept checking in on us throughout our dinner. “We love Jimmy Tomato's. My husband and I are vegan and they will make all the Indian vegetarian pies vegan. The veggies are exceptionally good crisp and perfect. I can't stand what veggies past their prime. I will not eat and never go back. The freshness of the veggies is top notch. Be forewarned the Indian pies are very spicy! Kids love their traditional pies. I have had them as well and they are good Roman pizza pies.“

“I had my son's first birthday at Rishtta and Madhi and his staff made it a truly memorable and oustanding event!

Working with Mr. Madhi at Rishtta was a pleasure. I planned a morning pooja followed by a lunch birthday party and he not only opened up the hall at 6 am and provided outstanding and dedicated staff to help assist in the food and decor set up and maintenance but also supported my other vendors so well. He was there the whole time to help with setup but also delegated some of the assistance to his staff, who were all very dedicated, helpful, and kind!

Rishtta provided all the drinks, which included delicious spiced chaas, masala chai, and mango lassi. All food and drinks were refilled throughout the 6-hour event and no guest went without these delicious refreshments. Rishtta also provided a live chaat station, which I highly highly recommend for your next event. It included fresh pani puris, aloo tikki chaat, and samosa chaat. Nothing was too spicy and my guests loved it! His servers helped cut my tiered cake and served it so perfectly.

I can’t thank Sergio enough for the personal tasting, a chef kitchen table unbelievable!
The menu was right on point, orzo was addictive. The eggplant balls I never even knew it was a thing, now I can’t wait to come and get a dozen with a big container of sauce! The ricotta and mozzarella were delicious, perfect with the meatballs and eggplant. The penne with vodka sauce oh my goodness, I wish my son was there too, It’s his favorite.
The look on Santi’s face when he was eating the filet and then the shrimp biggest smile he had all night. The artichoke and veggies so delicious! Both of the chicken dishes looked so good. I was almost tempted and you know Sabrina and I are both vegetarian, but I think she actually took a bite!
Not sure if you saw us, but with each plate, it was an oh my goodness you have to taste!
This was extremely thought out and you’re an absolute professional!
