When I walked in, it was fairly busy with a lineup of people ahead of us. After reaching the cashier who seemed fairly nice, but also distracted I placed my order and then paid. I then proceeded to wait for 20 minutes for my food while the people ahead of us got theirs. (It’s called fast food, right?) Frustrated I walked up to the cashier and asked if our food was ready yet. He then proceeded to hand me my food that has been sitting out getting cold for what look like at least five minutes. They had never called my order number and had instead just let the food sit there. By the time that I got my food, there were only three people left in the restaurant and they were eating at a table. They were barely any people through the drive-through and there should be no reason for this long wait. I feel that the way that the staff interacted with each other was not in a very productive manner and led to a long wait time cold food and poor service. (Along with atrociously dirty bathrooms.) They compensated me with a free drink, but it seemed forced and unwilling. The food did end up tasting fairly good (though cold). I would not recommend this place whatsoever and I really wish to see some change, hopefully new management. Lots of room for improvement. (Keep in mind this was at about nine at night so it is most likely the night crew. Things may be different during the day.)
Parking: Fits over thirty cars, no worry’s about finding a spot.

The person who took the order was nasty (Lucas) lond red hair, with no customer service. Very rude and the way he was acting while we waiting for the line, it was awfull horrible he was screaming and cursing when he closed the window, did not give us the receipt and I think he lied about his name when I asked him.

Got a salad with Spicy Chicken instead of Grilled. When I got the salad the chicken wasn’t even cut ?plus their reward system “isn’t working”

We have always gone through the drive through. The other day my daughter and I decided to go inside and I have never been so grossed out by the condition of a fast food restaurant. This Wendy’s is in serious need of a makeover.
