50% of the time my order doesn't come out the way i ordered or is on the receipt. Today I ordered 2 cheeseburgers and it get 2 hamburgers. If i have to fix my own order when i get home what's the point in ordering out? The work ethic in the food prep department needs improvement.

It's incredible how inept the workers are. Every single time something is wrong. Basic things. Burgers instead of chicken. Completely forgetting items we ordered. Mediums instead of large. I don't care about the money spent. I just want to get what I ordered.
