The employee tried me no respect on March 6, how could you open restaurant and tell clients speak Spanish only. I will never visit this place again.

They charged me for the transaction and did not give me the food, in addition to making me wait to tell me that they were not going to give it to me and I showed in my bank app that the money was deducted. I will not return again because of

Straight to the point, I ordered a slice of pork with green bananas, and I hate that they give me leftovers and debris, I'm paying for quality food, it wasn't quality, not for leftovers and crumbs

My girl recently ordered from a DIFFERENT Dominican spot and that stuff was terrible compared to Alex Sazon. I was big mad.THIS PLACE IS GREAT. I been living in JC for only 6 years and gotta say this is one of the best options for Spanish food right here.Just ordered and it’s all good

I frequent this restaurant a lot, I am truly disgusted on how I was treated on Monday, November 6th, 2023. On Google it states the restaurant closes at 9:00 PM. I gotThere at exactly 8:40 PM, I drove from the city just to get here. The woman’s customer service was HORRIBLE, she didn’t speak one ounce of English. I used the translator, she didn’t have one care in the world that I traveled far. If you were close, why the doors weren’t lock. She just kept saying everything is in the fridge. If that’s the case, please change your business hours to reflect what times you are actually in business. I hope she wasn’t the owner because she was rude and awful!

Cheap and delicious. Go here if you want the most fresh, tasty and authentic Dominican food in Jersey City! It’s already made in buffet trays. You get so much quality food for such little bit of money. Staff is sweet. Food trays are always clean and tidy. You can sit down and eat but atmosphere is not “night out” vibes, best for takeout. Parking isn’t the greatest. My favorite is Sopa de pollo, stew chicken over white rice or their rotisserie chicken with rice.

I have ordered on three separate occasions, the food is good, service just as well, however the last time I ordered I found a long hard plastic in the rice, thank God I saw it, because if I didn't I could have choked and it could have been serious!

This place is Amazing - the service and the food are good! I get nervous about ordering because I dont speak fluent Spanish, they made me comfortable. I asked for a special order on my salad (I'm doing the keto diet) and they gave it to me, no problem! With a hearty serving of steak on top at a great price. I will be returning as a customer to dine-in (they have plenty of seating and TVs) and see how that feels. Big Thanks to the ladies that served me yersterday! Finding parking is an issue on Bergen Ave, but you should still go!

Visited lunch on a Friday. Place was full of people eating in and take out. We ordered combo 1 take out. Roasted chicken, rice, salad and 2 litter soda. Food was ok, just a bit salty for my taste but nothing too bad. Fresh and a lot of food for around $20 dollars. We will return and try other items. Also a good sign plenty of people during the lunch rush. Recommended!

The oat meal is cooked different every day one day is delicious other day full of sugar cloves and some days sugar less. The mangu prices one girl said 5 the other $7 for small. Soup is late everyday. And the owner would walk over you with hot tray never says excuse me and never greed the customers no even a good morning, no customers services we spend money there should be treated with courtesy a lease.?we had take our business elsewhere...where people are happy in the morning and make your day!
