Return here after DMV visit a year later. I remember how much I love their food!! But now I'm vegetarian. So, after asking the chef and owner if they have vegetarian options, they made a most delicious seasoned basmati vegetarian rice with grilled onions, peppers, and olives and side salad! It was so good that I devoured it. Again, they are so welcoming and kind and generous to make this to accommodate my diet. Thank you!!
This place is pretty hard to beat for the price. It appears to be a little hole in the wall, with a 99 cent per slice sign over the door. The pizza is pretty good for it being $8 for a whole pie--and it's even better if it's fresh out of the oven. Thus, the two times I've been here I've ordered two large pepperoni pies, which were great since they were made fresh. They also have other halal food I have not tried, and I hear it is good. Guy who runs the register there is super friendly and always nice to see. Pizza is ok, not a big fan of the crust. But the rest of it is fine. For the price you really can't complain
