My sister and I visited this bagel shop before headed back home after a weekend trip to NJ. I ordered a turkey sausage, egg and cheese on a salt bagel. Edwin, who was extremely kind and personable, suggested adding ketchup to my sandwich. I’ve had numerous bagels in my life and had NEVER heard of someone adding ketchup so I was extremely skeptical of the idea.
