This location is terrible! Staff are rude and very unprofessional. I ordered online and said they never received the order and the staff assisting me was literally shouting at me like a kid! Instead of assisting me he turned his back and I was left standing.. not knowing what to do. These are stupid incompetent staff who should not be working on customer service related work. Ended going home, my card was charged even if no order was given to me.

My daughter's gender was questioned by the cashier who job is to serve orders and not figure out if the customer is a boy or girl.... I was also charged for a product I didn't buy... I was so mad I left talking to my daughter and never looked at the receipt... She made a ten year old cry for hours smh

I wanted to pick up a cake for the next day for my friend’s birthday, but when I went online, it wouldn’t let me choose a pick up date for the next day - only 48 hours out. So I called to see if they had anything else available to pick up and they told me I couldn’t order cakes ahead at all. Even though you can online, just for 48 hours later. So he said just come in, we have plenty of canes. So I came in today to pick up the cake and first they said didn’t have any bags to put the cake in, even though they had at least 20 bags set up in the window empty. I pointed to them and said, “I can’t have that one?” And they said no, it won’t fit. Which, to my eyes, it would’ve, but I said okay, no big deal. Then, he charged me $44.99, but online the same cake was listed as $39.99. I brought this up and they said, “This is the larger size,” but the larger size online was $54.99 and was significantly larger. Like a sheet cake. So I brought this up and she said, “No this is a different size than those, we don’t have that one.” I said okay and bought the cake, $5 extra isn’t that much, but it really just felt like a d*** scam. Maybe it’s a corporate issue with their prices not matching, but that should be fixed.

I don't know how much longer they are going to wait to fix the ice cream freezer. Al the icecream are melted and they still want to sell them. That is a rip off. STOP BEING CHEAP AND FIX THE FREEZER. We pay for your products. Cmmon!

I ordered a 3 scoop sundae through uber eats from this restaurant. It came with NOTHING I requested, the ice cream was crystallized. This Baskin is the worst I've ever ordered from. The employees don't care and have no integrity. Will never order from here again.

I really wish if Dunkun donuts can make it easy for their customers to pick their donuts themselves, and not going through the hustle of asking the stuff to hand it for you, their counters are very high you can't see anything
