The butter croissant was good. The drip coffee was not so good. I also took home a loaf of the original sour dough and it’s quite delicious!

Dana is an absolute gem!! Always cheerful when I see her! I'm a dog walker and she's said hello to my pups a few times. Gave us some amazing coffee and pastries as well ? I feel so bad I forgot the employees name who made me the coffee but it was delicious!! Absolutely recommend coming here. Very affordable and good quantities! Beautiful atmosphere. Can't believe I've never been inside til today!
We received some free items, it was so sweet of them and everything I received was super good! The price is low as well so you can get so much for so little ? Dana is such a sweetheart as well, the place is dog friendly too so your little puppers can also receive treats! I highly recommend getting a lemonade and the sourdough!
The food is absolutely fantastic, one of my favorite breakfast spots in JC. Lucca and Dana are super sweet and welcoming. Always looking forward to visiting the Bakery.

It's great to see a shift in american coffee culture. Aussie coffee focuses on espresso-based drinks like flat whites, with smaller portions and high-quality beans. In contrast, American coffee tends to feature larger drip coffee servings, with more emphasis on convenience. Australia's coffee culture emphasizes craft and flavor, making it distinct from the more commercialized U.S. scene.
Aussie coffee is infinitiley better than the garbage you get at Starbucks or DD. Go in and get a flat white or piccalo to get a sense of what good coffee should taste like. Love having this place next door.

Bourke Street is one of my favorite go-to coffee/breakfast shops in the heart of Downtown Jersey City! The service and attention to detail are impeccable! Tavion and Dana are so knowledgeable about the products, and their customer service is top-tier! It's nice to know that I'm valued as a regular customer! My favorites are the hot chocolate, double chocolate cookie, and turkey sandwich on a croissant! The manager, Victor, is also a charm, I've catered here for corporate events in the past and he ensured that everything was perfect! Don't walk, run there!

I was looking for a sweet pastry this morning while in Jersey City and did a quick Google search and came across this fantastic coffee shop. I had the almond croissant with a cappuccino, and this is going to be my new go to place in Jersey City. All of the pastries are made in house and I can vouch that the almond croissant is one of the best I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for an amazing cup of coffee, they use Counter Culture Coffee, look no further than Bourke Street Bakery.
