Sandwiches are fresh and delicious and can be warmed up if desired. They cost around $15 but are large. The Mamma Mia, a new sandwich with coppa, mozzarella, arugula and caramelized onions was delicious! Coffee is also very good.Vegetarian options: Some sandwiches are vegetarian but vegetarian selection is limited.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp wheelchairs can use to access the eatery.
Love/hate relationship with this place. The staff barely understand English (always) and they have no idea of customer service. Many items need salt and pepper (ie: tomato on foccaia - no salt... zucchini on foccacia... no salt... both of these result in kind of soggy bread with zero flavor). Salt and pepper live behind the counter - why not have a pepper grinder and a salt shaker avaialble w/ napkins? I was skeptical at first with the sandwiches on cold display - but after it was heated up, I was transported to my days in Italy. AMAZING sandwiches - though on the pricy side, one can certainly can be shared amongst 2 people. Drinks themselves were nothing special- but my very friendly staff member running the show was great. I was grateful they opened early enough for a savory breakfast, and they certainly have a good number of seating. Counting the days to go back and try more.
