Manager is respectful and straight forward to all employees . He is old school he complements hard workers for those who earn it. His priority is customer care. If your lazy and a complainer who freeloads yet job isn’t being done he will let you know it and it won’t be pleasant place to work so I would suggest you apply elsewhere if your any of those negative things mentioned.
