During our trip to New York, we wanted to spend some time in Jersey Village. We came over to buddys and found a gem! This place was great! We had a few drinks and their brunch menu was pretty extensive.

Today was my very first time coming here but not my last! Busy place but seated very quickly, our server Marina was very pleasant & attentive. I ordered the steak & eggs which came with rye bread and french fries but I opted for the homemade onion rings.. YUMMY!!? The music was good as well as the drinks. The only thing I didn't like was that the tables were super close together (you can hear the next person's conversation close) but other than that no complaints!! ??

Although this trip was a sole one and I sat at the bar, the service was extremely quick and friendly. Bartender was extremely friendly, helpful, and checked in a few times. Food was over all simple and good. Place had a nice vibe!

Great pancakes and waffles to try. The burgers are really good. Would recommend taking fries instead of onion rings. Usually the place is busy so would definitely take a reservation beforehand.

Only taking one star off for their steak - ordered medium rare but more like medium+. But other foods are great, avocado toast is highly recommend.

The food was bland, not worth it at all. We got the chicken and waffles, probably worst I’ve ever had. The French toast was ok (5/10). Breakfast burrito and home fries again terribly made and served. Atmosphere and service was decent

Brunch Burrito was great! Baccon was cooked to perfection and the French toast had a nice crunch to it. Great place for a breakfast stop!

Tried to dine here today alone. I decided to sit outside because it was a beautiful day. I waited about 20min for a server to come to take my order. Three gentleman came and sat at a table next to me. Within five minutes a server came to take their order. I waited another five minutes and decided to leave. When I went to let the hostess know, there were three ladies at the front. They just looked at me. One of the girls tried to go find a server. At that point, I told them never mind. Really disappointed as I’ve heard great things about this restaurant!

Food is ooookay. 3 out of 10. Rude employees at 1am. Manager refused to give food to go box. When mentioned photo for food to go box will be uploaded on review Manager” ROLAND offers extra food which we did not take. Food ans swrvice is better elsewhere

Came here for brunch on a Saturday and was able to get seated right away (party of 2). We saw everyone around us with the chicken & waffle so we knew we had to get that. We also got the spiced french toast sticks with syrup on the side. The chicken & waffle was pretty good. The waffles were so fluffy and soft. The french toast sticks were delicious. They had a nice crunch and the fruit on top tasted fresh. I especially loved the spicy syrup that it came with. It was so interesting. The french toast sticks did get a bit too sweet for me after a while so I would recommend sharing this dish. Food came out pretty quick. Servers were kind. Will definitely be back for brunch again!

This wasn't our first time here!! Staff amazing! Today food was horrible!!!! They served what they call a ribeye and we sent back cause I knew what ever cut they used was frozen and you couldn't cut into it. They then went on to tell me to cut against the grain lmao!! You can scoop a rib eye and it will be tender!! Ultimately my real problem was when the owner was frustrated and used the F bomb in front of family and granddaughter!!!! BTW my first ever in my life posting a review!! Also cooking professionally 34 years!!!

Besides, outstanding food. I am writing this review in regard to the service. The manager noticed I had my son (4 YO) with us. During a peak brunch rush, she secured a larger size area for us and presented my son with a drawing tablet that kept him busy the entire time.TLDRImpeccable service, delicious food, and healthy sizes. Drinks were phenomenal, too.
