Terrible! Ordered 18 wings and ended up with 13. You can tell the lack of care based on the random allotment of one box having 8 wings and another having 5. If they don't take this seriously, who knows what else they are cutting corners on? STAY AWAY

Terrible. I wish I had read the reviews of this place before eating here. I had the chicken wings. They were way overcooked and tasted like they were fried in a different day. I could make better buffalo wings myself and I rarely cook. What a waste of $8. This place is easily the worst restaurant in the mall. Avoid!

Worst customer service. Waited over 30 minuets for my order. Never again. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Worst wings I've ever had. Wings had no meat on them. The wings were burnt. The sauce was terrible.

As mall food court eateries go, you could do worse. As a bona fide wing spot, you could do better. We did an order of boneless N*Sinerator wings in the office for an ill-advised spicy food competition. Three of us split an 18-piece order. The food was delivered pretty quickly and came warm. As for the quality? It was ok. The chicken was moist, but the wings could've been sauced more heavily. It was more cake-y than sauce-y, which made for an odd mouthfeel. It was spicy, though quite a bit tamer than the Blazin' at Buffalo Wild Wings or Triple Atomic at Quaker Steak & Lube. A few other people in the office put in orders of fried oreos, which looked good but overly greasy.

Disgusting food and service. The cashier wasn't helpful and refused to talk and help anyone. We even told her that she is really rude and she shrugged her shoulders and looked at her phone. This happened on Friday oct 5th at 6pm. So if their managers are reading this please do something about it. The food was just pitiful. We got the boneless chicken and wings and fries. Everything tasted awful. We took a bite of the chicken and it was just the worst quality age the fries... omg...it was like eating fake fried potatoes. Seriously stay away.

This restaurant is new to the Newport Mall in downtown Jersey City. I'd seen the signs up but it hadn't opened yet. Well I was at home after a long day at work and simply had no desire to cook nor did I literally have anything to eat in the refrigerator besides condiments soooo, I placed an order with my favorite food delivery service FastBoy. I thought I might as well order enough to last me until I can get to the supermarket on the weekend. I ordered 2 orders of french fries (I love french fries), a separate order of cheese fries, 4 pieces of chicken tenders and a 10 piece mild buffalo wings, blue cheese sauce for the wings and honey mustard sauce for the tenders. As usual FastBoy delivery came in a blink of an eye!!! I had 2 of the tenders and 2 wings and 1/2 of one order of my fries. The rest of my order I put away in my favorite Tupperware for the week (I'm an extremely slow eater and I love to store food in my plastic containers. The tenders were literally plump breaded breast meat chicken! I could barely eat the one much less the 2 I'd put on my plate, that's how filling this chicken is. The honey mustard sauce was on the thick side and it was good! I should've ordered extra sauce. The wings I thought were good and mildly spicy yet sweet...a nice mix. I ate the 2 I had on my plate and the blue cheese sauce. Now the blue cheese sauce was a bit confusing to me because it had more of a ranch taste to it. But it was good. My only complaint was I wished they hadn't fried it too deeply. I like my wings plump yet a light crisp on the outside. Now the wings I ordered were mild spice but they had 4 more sauces that range from mild, mild and sweet to blow the top of your dome off hot!! Oh and I'd ordered 2 beverages that I thought were going to be homemade but unfortunately they were just in cans :-( whomp whomp... Now to the french fries...I LOVED THEM!!! I could eat them just plain because they are lightly seasoned so they have their own flavor. I also like the cheese fries which I had later in the week and they were yummy too even though I had them several days later. Overall I did enjoy the food and would venture out to dine in the actual location but I can tell you they delivered well and pack the food well. The presentation was a black styrofoam box which I thought was cooooool, with their logo on top.

This place should try harder, since it is a new company. The service sucks there. The wings are good, but very small. The girl behind the counter, rolls her eyes every time I asked a simple question. The fact is, Buffalo Boss will be a distant memory, if they keep treating customers like this.

Terrible customer service. There's no clear direction that an actual person doesn't take the orders, you have to go to a kiosk. Also service is extremely slow. I had to wait almost 30 min for 8 chicken wings. It looked like there was only 2 people working there. Lunch time is extremely busy at Newport. You need more staff.

The fact that they have ORGANIC chicken wings is what sold me on this place amongst the myriad of options available in the Newport mall. That said, organic meats are ALWAYS smaller than the conventional drugged up hormone laced meats you see in Walmart. So, I had to remind myself that it is only NORMAL that these wings are tiny. Comparing with wings you get at other places, Buffalo Boss' wings are TINY. But...for an organic wing place, the size of the wings are on par (go to WF or TJ's and you'll see the size of an organic wing), especially since they are fried which reduces liquid content in the meat. I ordered the 12 with two flavor options, one was the spiciest N'sinarator and honey BBQ. The N'sinarator was good, but had a weird texture. The flavor was good and at first, the burn seemed manageable but it CREEPS UP and STAYS with you...so be ready. It's a great sauce for heat lovers and different than any other hot wings sauces I've had before. The honey BBQ was good but honestly I don't remember much after the N'sinarator seared my taste buds. So, if I want healthier organic wings, this is definitely the place to go!!

Came here to try something new. I never ate at Buffalo Boss before. I ordered the honey mustard wings. The wings are very salty and makes you thirsty. The size of the wings isn't that big. For the price I paid for it, it is worth it. I came here during happy hour so the price for the wings was $5 for 10. I will only going here during happy hour because I don't think it's worth the price. The employees here are very nice. I asked for extra celery and they gave it to me no extra charge.

Food was cold. The chicken barely had chicken on it and it was hard. the sauce was not even hot and I ordered the regular spicy sauce. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

Way over priced for what you get. The wings were not crispy enough. The blue cheese is excellent hence the 2 stars.

What a shame!! Stay away from this place but if you are looking for over prized TINY wings then this is the place for you. Apart from size, the wings were very salty and barely edible. Total disappointment!!
