My favorite local coffee shop! The Iced Mama Mia is my go-to order it’s so good and always hits the spot. The coffee is great, the atmosphere is cozy, and it’s become one of my favorite neighborhood spots.
My only wish is that they offered a few more pastry options because I’d love to have something to pair with my coffee.

Such a great find! The play area is a huge win and I plan to come back with ny son. Beyond that, the space itself has a really thoughtful design and a warm, welcoming vibe that makes you want to linger.
I ended up taking a work meeting out front and the WiFi held up perfectly the whole time. Grabbed some food during my visit too, and it hit the spot. Between the coffee, the workspace-friendly setup, and the kid-friendly play area, this spot checks every box.
