I really like this place but the deli counter is disorganized and lends itself to incivility. Cangiano’s needs a ticketing system so that that everyone, especially their servers, do not have to rely on the honor system. I had an incident this past weekend which could have been avoided by this tried and true method.
I absolutely love this place. The quality of the products, the service and variety for such a small location is amazing. Their bread is delicious. I am so happy to have them close to home, feels like a classic already.
What a wonderful Italian deli in Jersey City! They have all the Italian sandwiches you can imagine. The kind where condiments aren't necessary. It would actually ruin the sandwich if you added mayo or mustard or any condiments like them. They have a case full of prepared food, too. Stop in to see all their choices. If you like Italian food, this is the place to get ur lunch, dinner, whatever to satisfy your stomach!
