I don’t know why chipotle does this or how they benefit in the long run. It’s popular culture to joke about having to police chipotle servers to make sure you get the proper protein portions but the jokes stem from a real issue. Look at the amount of chicken that was put in my Pick-Up order. I guess this location saved minimal dollars in cheating me out of a decent meal but they lost a customer for ever and got a 1 star review…

I was served stale and undercooked rice. After taking 2–3 bites, I noticed the rice was uncooked—and unfortunately, I had already eaten some. The next day, I ended up with a stomachache.

I ordered 3 foods in person this location when I came my home there were no meat in one ordered. Then I went there and there a white lady in counter she was very rude and she was asking me extra money then another black guy inside the kitchen he confronted me and they abused me. This is not right location for regular Chipotle customers

Who’s hiring these unfriendly people ? Walked in to pick up an online order and didn’t get greeted upon entering. Got completely ignored by the workers closest to pick up area. I understand they busy preparing orders so i proceeded to try to get help from the cashier cause she didn’t have no customers at the time and instead of helping me she points to the two workers prepping orders. So I told her I was ignored by them then they wanna try and help me. Get it together stop being rude to customers.

Ordered ahead on the website and walked in 10 minutes earlier than expected. Although my order was not ready, the lady at the online orders counter acknowledged me and told me she will get right on to making the order. Portion size was good too. The guacamole was fresh and tasty. I forgot o ask the name of the person at the counter but this was 5/29/25 between 2pm and 3pm.

Delivery service drivers take up a lot of the seats whenever I go in there to get food. I don’t understand as they aren’t customers, place needs to be cleaned more often. Management needs to advise drivers not to take up seats as they are for customers not drivers.

This place is ghetto, the workers even the managers are loud and obnoxious. The only good experience I had here was with that one cashier girl with the red lipstick and eye makeup, I don’t see her anymore unfortunately because everyone else could learn from a nice girl like that. Do better ! Food was ok otherwise

I'm a regular customer, but my latest visit was underwhelming. I ordered my usual, but I was over charged. When I questioned the staff, they only reduced it with 1$ but it was still high. Communication was poor.
