I'm a regular customer, but my latest visit was underwhelming. I ordered my usual, but I was over charged. When I questioned the staff, they only reduced it with 1$ but it was still high. Communication was poor.

It was worst experience at Chipotle JSQ the staff here doesn’t know how to behave I picked my order at 10:00 pm they didn’t had any salad no sofritas no green salsa sauce. Uncooked fajitas, the beans were out of stock as well. Hard cooked rice.
It’s a worst experience overall never recommend or order again from this location.

my mom went to get chipotle as she rarely has it and she wanted to get guac on her bowl but because it’s obvious she’s not a frequent customer, they tried to scam her and make her pay $3 when everyone knows it’s only extra if you ask for more than what they put or if it’s on the side. obviously she didn’t get the guac but who does that? trying to scam someone over guac is crazy. don’t go to this location, they will attempt to scam you over the smallest things!!!!!!! (i am aware of how 1st world of a problem this actually is)

Today I had a terrible experience with this place. If I could give it a -10 I would!!! I was treated like garbage by a black lady with short hair. I was eating, I went to use the bathroom, I typed in the bathroom password that I had asked the cashier for, but I typed in the wrong password. While I was typing in the bathroom password, this lady with short hair stepped in front of me, typed in the password and went into the bathroom. I politely waited for her to leave the bathroom. When she left, I went in, she closed the bathroom door. I told her that I wanted to use it, she was super rude, she asked me if I was a customer, that I could only use the bathroom if I was a customer. I had to prove that I was eating. I was frustrated! It was humiliating. I hope this lady learns how to treat others! I will never come back here again.
