Pay your workers more!
I don’t appreciate the staff talking down on me amongst themselves for not leaving a tip. I ordered from the machine, they never greeted nor had any sort of conversation with me, and they took less than a minute to make my drink. I shouldn’t feel pressured to tip for them literally doing their job, and they shouldn’t feel brave enough to discuss being upset about no tip in front of the customer if they were earning...

This is located inside the 99 Ranch Market. We got the mango green tea and the passion fruit green tea with tapioca and coconut jelly. The passion fruit one tasted super artificial with the flavor and was wayyy too sweet despite choosing 30% sugar in both drinks. Boba didn’t taste fresh either. Overall I’d say it was a miss for me.

We got the black tea latte and matcha latte. My mom loved the boba, it was chewy and cooked, other places we go they are never fully cooked and this was it for her. We were satisfied with a sweet treat and service was great. Really kind employees and a lively environment.
