I had a good experience at Wonder Jersey City. The food was fresh, flavorful, and there were plenty of options to choose from. Ordering was easy, and my meal was ready on time. The staff was friendly and the space was clean. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that there’s still a little room for improvement with consistency, but overall it’s a great spot when you’re looking for a convenient and tasty meal.

Ordered BBQ brisket from Tejas BBQ for the 4th of July. At almost $20 for three little strips of meat it's already pricey, but when I opened the four packages to serve it to friends I found:
2 packages were fresh and tasty 1 package old dry overcooked meat that had clearly been sitting around and re-served when it needed to be tossed out 1 package was about 70% fat with hardly any meat at all, so just garbage
Result...i paid a fortune for very little and will never come back again, no matter how many coupons they send. This concept isn't going to last long if they don't do some quality control on the food.

The Jersey City location of Wonder, has me in a chokehold. Karian made the entire atmosphere so welcoming, that from my experience working in food hospitality, her shod is the best shift. They communicated effectively and efficiently. They had fun while pushing out orders. I almost want to jump back there and help out just so I could feel like I was a part of the team and not a guest. Karian and BoH went above and beyond for my order, answering every question I had and even provided me tips on which is form of ordering is better. I love this place and the staff. Definitely recommend coming here often. LIME SALT is definitely giving chipotle a run for their money fresher ingredients, better flavors and, and portion sizes is already included in the ordering format. There is no denial of asking for more portions even if the ceo says that staff will do it upon request but your request gets denied. Burritos from lime salt comes in the og size of a chipotle burrito circa 2008. My salad came so full I wasn’t able to finish in one setting. Lime salt is better, chipotle never you heard!!! Thank y’all at Wonder for the love!!! Oh and if y’all who are reading this. Wonder is a Food hall with multiple restaurants underneath one roof they sell all types of foods, and desserts. You even have a small seating area if you’d like to enjoy your food there.

Worst customer service ever how can you tell a customer that you can’t accept a $50 bill when they’re spending $25 or more off the 50 makes no sense needs to be shut down always horrible service If I can give no stars, I will give no stars
I’m a regular customer. I always get the same salad. I love the ability the customer has to customize their order. Prices went up substantially between last week and this week. Ok I understand that the economy is impacted by political decisions. Now that prices are increased I find that the salad dressing containers in the salad which are usually closed are open today. The salad container is also not closed. Prices are up and quality is down. I'm not going back.
