The best butcher in the area that I've found.
My go-to here is the lamb merguez sausages. Excellent spices and fat ratio. They always come out great on the pan.
Darke Pines is easily one of my favorite spots to grab a sandwich in Jersey City. Honestly, I haven't had a bad sandwich from these guys. The staff there is always super friendly and willing to help with any questions. Pretty much everything is made in house, and what isn't is top quality.
