I needed to grab a bite before a long walk and a few stops, so I decided to stop here. I ordered a latte, a bagel w/cream cheese and a donut for later. Service was quick, my order was accurate and my food was good. There were a few people seated there, and more were coming in due to construction workers being in the area (as usual in JCY), but there was a seat available. I sat and ate in peace, browsed on my phone for a few mins, and was on my way.

I remember my horrible experience in this store. Kind of a hangout for homeless and teens. Workers clowning around. Babies and mothers screaming. . Dirty at the time I was there. A real neighborhood experience. If you have to use bathroom it's ok.

Very poor service waited 5 min to order, with nobody in front of me while the guys were chatting! They just don't care.Store is not very clean...Bathroom is locked they just won't let customers use it!Go elsewhere

This place used to be good, now not so. A person there makes up his own reward deals that defy what is on the menu board then acts stupid when you challenge him. Didn't know anything about the app either and was working by himself!!!So no one in the store is of any help amd he is operating by his own rules.

I order a French vanilla Ice coffee with 1 turbo shot they gave me 3 Tshots the Manger was rude like it was my fault I suggest you don't step foot in this place. JERSEY CITY NEW JERSEY BERGEN

Food wise, it's the same DD. But the most of the visiting customers are depressing here unfortunately. Not necessarily dangerous but just very bummy, homeless-y. It's that sort of neighborhood.

It was clean friendly and very fresh she made me hot chocolate so good snack wrap was delicious and donuts were so fresh loved it my favorite place now

This is very much your standard Dunkin’. I do like that they put up nice Christmas decorations this December, but outside of that there is nothing memorable.
