Dear Peter, I wanted to inform you that the Dunkin’ Donuts at 321 Grove Street, Jersey City is the best one I have ever visited. This store is always clean and inviting beyond words. The staff headed by wonderful manager Nieva is efficient and personable. I sometimes go to the Dunkin’ Donuts on Kings Highway in Brooklyn when I get a haircut, but it is not up to the standards of the one at 321 Grove Street. As far as I can tell, every customer is truly happy with the service...

Great service! I come here every day for coffee and a bagel with cream cheese. Some of the same familiar faces still work here! Arely always greets you with a warm welcome on register, and Matthew I believe his name was always makes my coffee very fast! Great service, cannot really complain and is relatively clean! ??
