I have always had positive interactions with Dunkin' Donuts employees. They are consistently friendly, helpful, and efficient. Whether I am ordering at the counter or going through the drive-thru, the employees are always quick to greet me with a smile and take my order accurately. I have mixed feelings about Dunkin' Donuts. While I enjoy their coffee and some of their baked goods, I have found that the quality can be inconsistent at times. Some locations seem to have fresher products and better service than others. I do appreciate the variety of options they offer, from breakfast sandwiches to bagels and muffins. The prices are affordable, which is a plus. However, I have had some negative experiences with long wait times and mistakes in my order....
