I live in the area and they always somehow manage to mess up my order. Like I ask for no bacon and they add bacon, or a plain bagel and they give me something else, and this isn't a one time thing its multiple times.

i work in the area and have come here a few times. i always get the mango pineapple refresher with green tea and they rip you off unless you stand there and watch. if i order on the app, its just green tea with maybe a splash of mango pineapple. to the point that my drink is see through. i am essentially paying $6 for watered down green tea. what a scam.

I went there at 6:30 pm ,there was a boy who attended me ,and i must say he’s very disrespectful ,whoever is the manager of this dunkin branch i want he/she to let their staff know this is not the way they should treat their customers ,and kindly give your staff the training how to communicate with the customers appropriately before hiring

this place is disgusting and the workers are very disrespectful, if someone accidentally orders the wrong drink they are supposed to refund them or politely change the order but instead they talk crap behind the counter, and make your re order the entire drink, there's always homeless people in and out of the store. Its not clean where they make your food its horrible do no order here driving a couple more min to get to the one on central ave is way better. I am allergic to green tea and now I have to take a drink with green tea instead of providing me with a replacement.

my veteran uncle came in for two meals which were the $6 Meals they were over charging my uncle $31 for the two orders when it should have been $13. “ Hena” was the associate who attempted to overcharge my uncle who’s a senior citizen and a veteran.

This location charges you for less ice if you order in person and they have hidden fees which if you go through the app it doesn’t. This is clearly done by the person operating the store which is wild so i’ll be going to the dunkin down the street that doesn’t charge for all this extra bs. Save your time people and go to the one on bergen ave in mcguinely sqr..nicer staff and they follow the same prices as the app with no hidden in person fees
