I grew up in NYC so I’m no stranger to halal carts. Since I’ve moved to JC (which I know is only across the river, but the food scene really is different), I have yet to find my go-to halal spot… until now! I paid $10 for a chicken over rice. The chicken was so juicy and they were very generous with the chicken and sauce. So delicious but also so dangerous that I’m so close by
OMG! Amazing flavor! I’m a huge Halal Chicken over rice fan and although my go to is Gyro King in Bloomfield- Gigi’s in Hoboken can join that caliber of flavor and freshness. It’s delicious!!!!
I love, love, love the service and the food. Great overall experience. I was at the food truck today in Paulus Hook. I 100% recommend. Ashraf is the best! (Hopefully I spelt his name correctly). Had to buy more to go.
