I don’t understand why people complain about the servers from the 2 I’ve seen they both seem to have a heart of gold. The older women is respectful and the girl with the pink hair seems like a

I love gong cha just not this location. This place always makes the drinks taste more like water than the actual drink. I’ve given it multiple tries but it’s really not good. I prefer the Hoboken location which is close to Newport.

So I just went to this location and the customer service was honestly so bad. I kindly greeted her and asked her if they still had the limited edition gingerbread cups and she just shook her head. She didn’t even say hello or say no we don’t have them. Like girl be so fr.

Bubbles are extra chewy, maybe some people like that? I asked for 70% sugar and felt like it was 40% but aside from that the drink was not bad!

I don’t know what was the issue with cashier. She was barely listening my questions about my order. Very poor customer service and i ended up getting something I didn’t ask for. The drink seems poor as well, i feel the chunk of syrup in the drink, probably cause it’s not mixed properly or another poor ingredient or something. I am not going there again, they charge premium price for brand and what we get is just horrendous….

When I ordered the drink, the staff seemed to be very impatient. I said that I want it to be 30% sugar, but they ordered it wrong to be 70%. Luckily, I found out the mistake before I got my drink. The staff told us that they have already added the sugar and rolled their eyes at us. Very unprofessional. Will definitely not come here again!

We will never be going to this place again. Every time I go to the mall to get some food. I always stop at Gong cha afterwards. But instead every time we ask for a green tea with oolong tea, they just put in the wrong order. Then, the cup always leaks. Then yesterday we went and there was a lady that we thought was gonna give us the right order. But then after we were about to leave. She just gave us a bubble tea with no tapioca. Then we went back and she said “we’re out” in a very rude way. Then at the beginning she asked us if we wanted toppings. Like why ask if you want toppings when there’s none left. We’ll never be going here ever again. Horrible service.

As a bubble tea fanatic, I do not know why (this goes for the menu, not the location) I have now tried 6 menu items and to me, all the teas have an odd chemically taste. I like Kung Fu Tea, Vivi, and my favorite is So Juicy in Bloomfield. I tried Gong Cha 3x to see if I just had an off-experience. NOPE! For bubble tea, this is an absolute avoid at all costs for me.

So, here is the thing: I ordered an iced oolong tea with milk foam on top, which is the drink I usually order in other Gong Cha franchise. Regular ice, 30% sugar, simple as that. At first attempt, the staff mistaken it to milk tea. And in their second attempt, I got the drink with no visible ice, and all the syrup sticking to the bottom of the bottle, and was only capped with thin layer of foam. The drink doesn’t feel as cold as it should be, and I can only taste either unsweetened oolong tea in one sip, or a full mouth of syrup in the next. They got some pretty nice oolong tea as base, but overall they can’t justify this drink as an acceptable product

????Cafe is located on the 3nd floor of the mall. There are several tables to sit here. There are only drinks in the menu, many types of bubble tea. Here you can choose its taste, the amount of ice and sugar, as well as the type of tapioca. My bubble tea was good.???? Prices are normal: $5-7

Gong Cha is not my favorite chain bubble tea spot - we prefer Kung Fu Tea, but this location was in the mall and convenient. Staff here are super nice - the barista was legit the only person who has ever asked me how much honey I want in my honey green tea. Typically, when I get honey green tea at any bubble tea shop, they always just assume I want it as is and never ask for my sugar level. The barista took the time to ask "The drink has honey, do you want to adjust the honey level?". Teas were fast to come out and they were on par with every other Gong Cha we've been to in the past.

Friendly people and decent options and teas. I felt the teas were on the pricier side for the quantity, but the service was quick. Will try more options here.
