The drinks are great, energizing, delicious, and refreshing! The workers are great and fast! The levels of which you could put how sweet, how much ice, etc is cool. Uber eats is an amazing app to order from here. Gong cha is amazing!
5 stars for me because the service on the day I went was perfect. I ordered milk tea with pudding but the pudding wasn’t ready. I wasn’t in a rush so I walked around and came back after about 20 minutes. It still wasn’t ready and the lady that was attending (maybe the manager) she apologized for the wait and explained the reason for the delay. I didn’t mind waiting…she asked me to have a seat near buy and she would bring my order, which she did. Overall, I was very appreciative...
Tried the pumpkin milk tea with cheese foam and pearls. Was skeptical reading other reviews but my experience was better. My drink was made quickly and the tapioca pearls had perfect texture.
