I’ve been to this location a handful of times since I moved to the area and while the drinks are fantastic, I find that the service is lacking. There’s a woman with somewhat dyed curly hair early mornings who has been incredibly rude to me on more than one occasion and it seems her disposition is set on treating all customers this way as I’ve watched her do it several times and been subjected to it myself. I know things can be overwhelming as the store does seem busy but such behavior deters me from wanting to come back, no matter how good the drinks are.

Today at 7:05am I arrived at the store and the two members who were there ignored my presence and we were only two customers I was about 6 minutes in front of the box and since there was no answer I left

Don’t try to go 45 mins after opening on the weekend because over 80% of their baked goods aren’t ready. Pretty disappointing. I decided to find another place that seemed ready to do business.

On the plus side, best blueberry muffin I’ve had in a long time. Unfortunately the quality didn’t extend to the coffee. It was warm, not hot & not all that tasty. Didn’t finish it. And a bit of common sense please, don’t fill the cup up so that it sloshes all over the customer.

I paid $7 plus tip for a breakfast sandwich that was ice cold on the inside. Disgusting. I also had to wait almost 10 minutes for it. Everytime I’m here the tables are never wiped off and the ground is dirty. Only went here for a what I thought was a quick and convenient sandwich.
I requested to warm the croissant I bought, and theywarmed it with the paper, which stuck to the croissant. I bought a granola yougurt, but they didn't have a spoon, and the guy suggested to go to the ice cream place in front to ask for an spoon Never again! .
