Very disappointed with the Matcha Latte. They use a pre made mix which has very less matcha. I had paid for extra matcha and when I told the barista that the matcha was less and very sweet he just didn’t help. I do not recommend visiting this store for your morning coffee

I had always walked past this place on my way to work and decided to give it try. I wanted a croissant but noticed they were $5 for bread that looked like the ones you find at Costco. I ended up paying around $10 for a breakfast sandwich with the hope it would be worth it. It wasn't. It was small, looked like two pieces of bread squished together, and the employee just threw on the counter even though I was coming to grab it. The taste was mediocre at best. I couldn't help but feel ripped off, first and last time visiting this place.
I used to enjoy coming here--quiet, never a loud music, nice interior, and a drip coffee tastier than the Starbucks brewed alternative, altogether a classier experience than elsewhere in the area. However, on my last few visits, the drip has been disappointing, and in fact worse than anything I can get at Starbucks or at home, only more expensive.
As for the atmosphere, I've noticed more and more people who make this place look like a shelter. I don’t want to be harsh, but these individuals come in, charge their devices, occupy the best tables, watch videos with the sound on, put their feet up on chairs, and just loaf around. Meanwhile, paying customers have to sit near the cold door.
The baristas seem to turn a blind eye to this, which is understandable—who’s going to stand up for a barista doing the right thing? The back office? The owner? Keep dreaming.
When the business neglects to maintain a pleasant environment for its paying customers, it’s only a matter of time before those customers take their business elsewhere.
