Great building in downtown JC. Lots of owners and renters alike. Neighbors and staff (especially Jose and Michael) are super friendly. Not a "high rise" like others in JC, but the elevator to unit ratio is really good compared to high rises (there are 6!). Also, walls are thick and units are super quiet - the same cannot be said for aforementioned high rises I've lived in. Two rooftops, lots of parks nearby, pet friendly. If you don’t mind having no swimming pool but want other great amenities, here is the best building for you. Plus, the management company is extremely friendly and professional, the best I have experienced around the area (I’ve lived in 3 different buildings).Lived here for 2+ years (GC phase 2) and have no complaints at all. A happy resident.

Great building. Excellent amenities (no pool though). Large apartments relatively. Very well priced compared the rest. Fantastic value and 5 mins to path train and 2 mins to ferry.
