I've lived in Downtown Jersey City for 10yrs, and have seen Chris reinvent this place a couple of times. Now as a father - son team with a perfectly short menu of breakfast items, sandwiches, coffee and juice/smoothies, Chris continues to bring that eclectic neighborhood feel that fits perfectly with the DTJC vibe. I feel guilty for reviewing this gem so late. The cashier that runs the counter and doubles up as the cook is great and the kaiser rolls are amazing. I could have breakfast here everyday.
