We’re visiting from Texas and we don’t have any Authentic Taiwanese restaurants. When I searched on Google for a Taiwanese restaurant near our hotel in Jersey village, I was super excited to find Gulp. I was skeptical at first of how authentic the food would be. I am thrilled of how delicious and authentic everything we ordered was. You won’t be disappointed coming here!!
I’ve ordered from here many times for delivery, first time eating here in person. This place does great Taiwanese street food and home cooked dishes. The popcorn chicken, lu rou fan, and smashed cucumbers are great. I also got the special chili oil and thought it was very flavorful. Definitely recommend!
We had the braised pork over rice braised chicken over rice and Taiwanese popcorn chicken. Everything was so good but my favorite was the Taiwanese popcorn chicken 10 out of 10 would recommend sidenote beef noodle soup with a little salty.
