Thank You JP for introducing yourself and giving space for me to share my concern around your tipping policy. You were accommodating and were quick to problem solve. I was excited to make Hudson Hall my new consistent dinner space of choice. Now, I am not sure of my next visit, maybe after the new World Cup Rule - however I trust that you and your staff have aligned accordingly and look forward to a better experience. Food is really great!
Decent burger, but I liked the atmosphere more than the food. It’s definitely better suited for an office happy hour or team gathering than for families or couples. I’d come back for a game night.
Automatic gratuity was applied to our party of four with an additional popup for more tips. This should be disclosed or explained to tourists who may not be well versed in English. I get it, it’s the World Cup but it’s bad taste to have an additional popup asking for more gratuity. I do not have a problem with the automatic gratuity but I do with the additional pop-ups when a tip is already included.
