I had an amazing experience at Hummus Republic! The food was absolutely delicious, with fresh ingredients and bold flavors that made every bite memorable. I tried Falafel rice and it was too dry for my liking. There were hardly any sauces in the bowl. Although, falafel in itself tastes delicious and the portion size was also sufficient.
Falafel over rice is a my favorite item on their list. They have been very consistent with their taste. Their sauces, rice, salad and falafel taste pretty much the same everytime and ofcourse tasty. This boosts the customer's confidence in their food. I highly recommend this item specifically based on my experience.
I love their spicy chicken over rice bowl. Always fresh, made to order. Red Sauce on top is my favorite
