I stopped by Ibby’s Falafel and tried the Cairo Combo Platter. The combination of chicken shawarma, lamb shawarma, rice, salad, and falafel was very filling and offered a good variety of flavors. The rice was fresh, the salad was crisp, and the falafel was nicely cooked.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I think the shawarma could use a little more seasoning and the meat could be cut more consistently. I would also recommend paying...

Food is amazing. Lean fresh and has a great unique taste. The owner Ibrahim is super passionate and treats everyone like if they were family. Had a salad with meat and chicken. I walked out full yet not uncomfortable due to how fresh and lean the food is. Strongly recommend this place. Price js very reasonable too.

There's a reason this place has survived Jersey City's gentrification and continues to thrive. Delicious food, especially the falafel and chicken shwarma. Even the rice is exceptional!
