Nestled in a small neighborhood, the location is unassuming but is a neighborhood gem. They have all of the traditional Caribbean eats plus a few items that I've never seen before. The ox tails were spectacular (will go back for those) and the mac n cheese was snap! The rice and peas were a little al dente and unfortunately the greens were gritty (not in any way saying that they are all the time, just happened to be this time) but had super great flavor and perfect texture....

Was in the area today and wanted to grab something that was already prepared & could be eaten & get me back on the road in less than 30 mins, so we stopped into Island Vibes & I do have a few things to say… We ordered the Ox Tail with rice & baked mac and cheese. The food was delicious!!!!! I mean the Ox tail was cooked to perfection, & the baked mac and cheese was cut into squares as a side. Good portion of food as well. I would 100% recommend coming into...

I’m here visiting for a few days, and I decided to order some Jamaican food, taste soo good I had to order more on my second day. Honestly the only thing I didn’t really like was the festival because I prefer it to be soft, the ackee n Saltfish was perfect, jerk chicken was soo good, and the patty and coco bread taste like from Jamaica. Please get the 2 L drink portions for D n G.
