I’ve been ordering from here for a bit over a decade now. I live very close, & have ordered nearly everything on their menu, a lot of items more than once. Their sushi has been fresh & tasty. I’d say on two occasions, I had some sushi that wasn’t so great, but compared to how much sushi I’ve ordered from this place over the years, disliking any of my orders was a rare occurrence. Honestly I don't know how this is not a 5 star sushi spot. Been going for about 2 years now so this review is long overdue. Every time I get sushi here im happier than the last time I got it and they have a killer lunch special

I have tried other sushi places in Jersey City, Hoboken and NYC and JC Sakura is hands down, no questions asked the best sushi in the area. It is my go to sushi place and no place ever compares. Do yourself the favor and get your sushi here!
