Are you kidding me? The saddest tiniest looking chicken fingers ive ever seen for 3 dollars each?! After not having chicken fingers for literally MONTHS and then when they reutn they are the smallest driest most shriveled excuse for even fast food. Also they refuse to give you a paper bag with a handle unless youre a delivery person, ive offered to PAY for a paper bag with a handle so my bag doesn't fall apart on the train home but nope! The boss says thats only for couriers because they cost more even when ive offered to pay. That on top of every employee always being so stressed shows that whoever owns this franchise is cheap and doesn't care about the quality of anything. I like Jollibee but im going to the chicken spot from now because this is absurd.

Very good service and food for a reasonable price imo. The cashier Javier was the best. Super nice and even showed me a cheaper alternative to what I was ordering. Would go again
My friends and I have always loved the fried chicken and pasta here — it’s never let us down. However, today was an extremely frustrating experience that left me genuinely upset.
I chose the pick-up order option, but when I arrived, not a single staff member offered to help me find my food. After I called over one employee and gave her my name, she looked at my order screen and simply told me there was no such order — and then walked away.
It wasn’t until I called over a second employee that someone finally checked properly and brought out my food. The whole process took 20 minutes just to pick up a simple order.
Believe me, if you choose the pick-up option, don’t expect to be treated like a valued customer.
