Been seeing ads for this chain so thought I stop by. Place is clean and staff is nice. Food is however not good at all. Got tenders meal with fries and side of Mac and cheese + bottle of water. Tenders have no spicy option and are small and cold. Fries are not good. Mac and cheese was old and even the bottle of water was warm. Paid $18 - not going back.

Love the place here. Not too busy compared to nyc. Its just 2 train stations away from our hotel so its very convenient. Staff are nice esp the filipino lady who cleans tables and floor. I dont know maybe its just me but their spag here is better

They started hiring none Filipinos and everything went inefficient. The cashier literally spends 9 mins per customer. I timed it because I got annoyed. Imagine spending 2 minutes asking a customer if they want a free paper bag or a 10c plastic bag and they spoke to a Filipino elderly who doesn’t really get what she’s talking about and the cashier also don’t speak Filipino so here we goo.

Also, is this FAST FOOD? Or take-your-sweet-time food? Your location is literally on top of a train station so that will tell you that people has places to go!

I saw a man who was waiting for his order and when he got it he slammed the tray. Took the food and left. It was clear that the order was “for here” and not togo because it wasn’t inside a bag. I get why he was frustrated lol.

There was a couple ahead of me that had a hard time paying cos they did not understand it and the lady cannot speak Filipino to communicate.

I never knew these things could be frustrating and necessary until today.

The only thing I like in there is the cleanliness and the food. Honestly this would’ve been the best place if they have those computer ordering things. 🙄

EDIT: came here again. As usual they disappoint. It was a long line then the guard had a brilliant idea of “fixing” the line but common sense isn’t very common nowadays. I was ahead of like 3 people but when he reformed the line he put me last? Do you guys fry your brains like you fry your chickens?

I’m writing to express my disappointment with the size of the chicken in the 6-piece bucket I purchased recently. As a regular customer who buys from Jollibee almost every week, I’ve noticed a significant change in the size of the chicken pieces this time. Every single piece in the bucket was noticeably smaller than usual, to the point that they were barely larger than a peach mango pie.

When I inquired about this issue at the branch, the staff insisted that this was the normal size. However, I am very familiar with the typical portion size, and it was clear that these pieces were much smaller than what I’ve received in the past. I’ve even taken a picture comparing the chicken to the peach mango pie for reference.

As a loyal customer, I’m very disappointed with this inconsistency. I hope this issue can be addressed, as it affects the quality and value of your product. I look forward to your response and hope that steps will be taken to ensure better quality control in the future.

TBH .. everything was All Good, until I got to the drum stick 🍗 & the 💩 is a sec from bleeding thru skin/batter with, I must mention, a Very Generous Amount of Undrained Oil just dripping from a very soggy fry skin part... the thigh was good, can't Lie❕️.. mash & Gravy definitely 1 of a kind but That Chicken❕️,.. Come On Now 👀

So this was my 2nd time I believe & the chicken tasted so good....Staff was so occupied with working & getting orders together that somehow the homeless person that walked in with me came right upbto the counter & helped himself to an entire 12 or 15 piece basket of chicken & walked right back out...So someone needs to stand at the counter as they placed the orders out for puck up...I was so mad because I wanted to Chase him down for a 3 piece...lol

Service sucks.i waited for 20min for my order, and the manger did not ONCE SAY ANYTHING OR APOLOGIZE. He stood there talking nonsense with his staff and didn’t seem to care if people waited way longer than anticipated or was told.
