Had dinner the other night for my girlfriend’s birthday and it couldn’t have been anymore special thanks to our over the top amazing server Angie

We went on a weekday so there wasn’t much people at the restaurant, nonetheless, we had to wait a long time to catch someone’s attention to change the heat of the plate, so the first 15 minutes our meets were barely cooking. The food was good, but the service could be more attentive at the beginning.

Told us different times when we could come in when we got to the door and the front of house told us differently. Please get your act together everyone that is on service should be on one accord. Please use a better customer service system, and seating system. It’s ridiculous.

AMAZING FOOD! Great price! The place is very nice too. Highly recommend. The sesame balls are so good. We had the spring rolls as well of course those are great! We tried spicy beef/chicken bulgogi which was amazing! Shrimp both seasoned in garlic and unseasoned. And we had the short rib. We chose our own seasonings and sauce at the seasoning bar. Everything was delicious and it was everything I was craving.

The food was delicious, but most importantly Talena was the most attentive, active, and helpful server I’ve had! Kudos to her for being such a great server, especially since the crowd really picked up right after I had initially gotten in. Five stars for her!

I’ve come to this location many times and I will come again and again. The service is fast, the food is fresh and the service is impeccable. Whether a date, night out with friends or with the family, definitely recommend to any occasion.

Amazing food and service. Leo was extremely professional and accomodating. I was on a date with my girlfriend and we got the hotpot with meat, seafood, and vegetables. The open sauce bar was an incredible addition. It still blows my mind that it is all you can eat. Highly recommended!

Our server Ashley went above and beyond for us. It was our first time at Kpot and she explained everything extremely thoroughly. She made the experience exciting. Will come again especially if she is our server!

Great experience, the server Ashley has great people skills and made it a breeze for my groups first time trying out a new spot, if you’re going to eat at the Jersey city location ask for her!!!!
