My friends was eating here today and one of them got stuff from the sauce bar and somehow got an allergic reaction. He’s allergic to peanuts. We had to send him to the hospital but the staff didn’t do anything about it and kept saying it wasn’t their fault. HORRIBLE. How in the world did the sauce bar get cross contamination from peanuts ????
This is unacceptable. As a food place there should be no cross contamination and the fact the staff didn’t do anything or compensate or give a refund is also crazy. Never coming back.

Went in after opening and had a great experience. Waitress was super friendly and on point. Tried the wagyu offering and that was cool! Greens super fresh and the location was neat and clean. Glad we stopped by

I’m writing this for a few reasons. Hot pot was amazing the bbq was decent. But the main reason for this review was our waiter. It seemed as if she didn’t care to properly explain her self or as if she was clocking out soon. While we were eating she constantly kept asking us if we want the check. Not one time did she tell us that they were closing it wasn’t until the fourth time I said no because we were finishing our food that she said we close in 20 minutes. She seemed upset and walked on an upper area where the bar was staring at us waiting for us to finish which was very rude. We then were approached by the manager that we had to go meanwhile on the other side there was multiple people seated still eating. They said we can sit at the bar. We said what about our food they said no we’re closed and walked away. When we were walking out the door there was still about 10 people sitting down and eating. The waiter was a very dark complexion woman. I forgot her name because we were so frustrated while eating.

Spent $140+ on takeout. I believe it was a catering item with 4 proteins. The food is terrible. I’ve eaten there twice and it wasn’t even mediocre in person, the takeout takes the cake in terms of how bad the food was. The steak had zero flavor and was barely enough for an adult. The pork belly looked horrible and was tasteless. Garlic chicken was putrid. The short ribs were ok but again not enough for an adult portion. The shumai was good but when is shumai not good. I would never order from here again and stopped eating this terrible tasting food I just ordered to write this review.

The food variety at this location is quite good, the vibe here is good, but not better than other locations. However, a 1.5-hour dining limit feels too short for customers who want to enjoy both barbecue and hot pot, not to mention having conversations and spending time socializing.

Dirty everywhere, tables dirty and greasy, kimchi has a taste of cleaning spray - absolutely disgusting and impossible to eat, was a very unpleasant experience

First time at the KPot Jersey location. I’d say it’s the second-best KPot location I’ve visited. Melody, our server, gave 10/10 service.

It's a great all you can eat local kpot bbq. My wife and I come here quite a bit and enjoy the overall food quality and service. They are also great with children.

Amazing experience overall! Delicious food (for grown ups and the kiddos), prompt and attentive service, clean place with a great vibe.

We were here on a weekday for a late lunch, 2 adults 2 kids, and went with hotpot ayce - only $23 / adult and the kids were under $10, and their meat quality is superb given the price tag!!!

Lots of veggies to select from, apps were freshly cooked (the kids LOVED the sweet potato fries lol, from a korean hotpot place… the irony).

Too bad we’re only visiting from out of town, otherwise we’d be coming here weekly.

BTW on the way out the $1 icecreams are LEGIT ice cream bars, $5 bucks at a convenience store type, its worth it!
