Major letdown, at $ 30+ per person and 18% gratuity, missing menu items- yes .
The only bright spot was our Server, she's missing her calling and would probably do way better working somewhere else where her skills would be much more appreciated, lucky for my group of 9 that she was there, and to top it off, if one person wanted soup- then everyone has to pay for a soup, wowza, so newsflash you folks need to up your game, sorry but not sorry.
I recommend the garlic shrimp and water, request a lemon slice or two so as to make your visit palatable...
Parking: Plenty of parking, that 99 Market at a couple of feet away is great.
Kid-friendliness: Safe to bring your older kids.

Today I dined in and ate by myself.
Pros: food is good with great volume and great quality
Cons: that servant was rude. He refused to switch trays for me and refused to offer me more butter and I was afraid to ask him to order more because he seemed bothered. He looks like a lead or prestigious waiter and he works here for so long so I was afraid to confront him but asked other servants to help me. I’m not sure whether to visit here again.

I love everything about this Kpot location. The service is always great when I go, I would consider myself a regular.
It’s BYOB! Unlike any other Korean bbq. I prefer to bring my own bottle rather than spending extra at a bar. Other locations have a bar instead.
I personally love the staff and atmosphere.
RUN to this location! Don’t walk.

We dined in and were very excited to try. My first suggestion is UNDERSTAND THE OPTIONS as there are many for Pricing depending on the day. It's like a buffet but you order via a tablet and each order (of meat, poultry, or fish) is single serving. This would have been nice to know upfront. Our initial order was wrong and this mistake put the staff in a state of confusion. You keep the tablet on the table so you can order more but it seems as though the tablet and the kitchen aren't in sync and you'll have to find a staff member to let them know another order has been placed. The other thing I would i add is ASK FOR PLATES AND NAPKINS. As the only thing you get is one dish and what ever the proteins are brought out on. It was a surprise to see tipping options for 18, 20, and 22% as just like buffets, the waiter only brings drinks. Someone else brings your food and another does the bussing. Hopefully they all share in the tips. I give this location a 3 star as service wasn't great and flagging staff is a nuisance. There is another location opening up in Monmouth county and we will try that one when it opens with better hopes. I do not recommend this if you aren't familiar with Korean food!

Sign and website says 10pm but they stop seating at 9pm. Change your sign and close time so people do not drive here for nothing.

Stopped by for a lunch. I love KPOT but the ones you can do self service. This one has only Garnishes as self service. The rest of the food you have to order it through small screen on the table.
Overall an OK place.

Can’t speak to the hotpot, but the kbbq meats weren’t particularly high quality which is fine given the decent price for AYCE. Unfortunately no a la carte option but not too bad knowing I didn’t have to break the bank here. Sides were self service with underwhelming selection. Decent experience overall and plenty of parking outside.
