Everyone's nice and food is great. One of my favorite spots but the worker (hispanic male, tattoos) is typing on his phone and serving raw fish. He didn't change his gloves and is still working with the same gloves as I speak!!
This is the third Kura ? location I've visited. I'm making a point of visiting as many as possible around the States as I travel. Obsessed with concept, the food is delicious, the price is mostly right (mine is cheaper), but this location is lacking in every respect. It is a shame that many people get initially introduced to this food chain via Edison, Jersey City locations... I visit my local KRSB at least once a week, like clockwork, crave the food all week, look forward...
I have been coming here regularly about 10 times now. I find the wait to be fine since you know exactly how long it’ll be (when checking in on the app), I simply plan my time accordingly. I’ve never personally had a time where I was made to wait longer, except maybe to simply wipe down a table for me.
