Even more horrible! I used to frequent it because it is up the block from my social work side gig. From leaving people waiting in the lobby while they accommodate all the drive thru/food delivery app business to the useless manager.
They have kept me waiting, repeatedly, at midnight, waiting around for a simple scoop and dispense order of fries and Hi-C that had me waiting there for over ten minutes while they were all about the GrubHub delivery crew waiting around/prioritized.

I don't even know where to start. I waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru, only to get home and find my order was completely wrong. The fries were cold and soggy, like they'd been sitting out for an hour, and the burger looked like it had been thrown together. This isn't just a one-off bad day; this location is consistently a mess. It's a gamble every single time you go, and you usually lose. Save yourself the time and frustration and just go anywhere else.

I walked into this mc donalds and after waiting so long I'm like what did I just get myself into. I walked out and instead went through the drive thru thinking it might be faster now I'm waiting at the curbside pick up along side 4 other vehicles waiting for thier meal. Some kind of new system inside too where u can only order from the kiosk not from a person. No oversight. Nice workers. But no over sight. Wait a minute. I thought the robot kiosks would work better than people. Please find the balance
