Finally gave this place a try! IT’S PRICEY $6.50 (1 scoop), BUT the quality holds up— GENUINELY GOURMET. The staff is straightforward without much personality. They are not trying to charm you, just there to keep the line moving & explain the unique flavors..The space is small.. It’s clearly an independent shop still finding its rhythm, which adds to its charm.

A newcomer in the ice cream game without a franchise backing, hence, the premium. A good spot to try when you have extra money to spare.

The rating should probably be lower, but I still want to support a small business—especially in the tough, competitive world of ice cream. It’s not like cafes, which are a more common and arguably easier type of business to start and sustain. There’s real effort and creativity behind this, and that deserves recognition.

Very overpriced. 1 scoop $6+ Are you kidding me?

Waited in line at 9.45 for ice cream. They close at 10pm. We were the next customers ready to walk in the door and at 9.58 a girl came out and told us they were closed after seeing us wait for the past 15 minutes, understand they close at 10pm but did not come out and give us or the other customer behind us any warning or come out 5 minutes beforehand to let us know they would not be serving us. We said we had been waiting and she rudely shut the door on us. Will 100% not be going back as this is not the first bad customer experience I’ve had.

Honey lavender is delish! 💜

Try the lemon olive oil ice cream and you may agree this is the best ice cream in town, superior to Torico and other shops.

This place routinely has a 30+ min wait as they never staff more than 1-2 people, meticulously weigh out each scoop, and only let in 1 group at a time. The store is small so some of this makes sense, but the service is absurd. Despite the high quality, tough to plan going there unless you have a spare hour.

Next time I’ll walk to Torico from Hamilton Park and be back in less time.

Waited half hour in line for non dairy ice cream to find out they only had one flavor from the online menu. Was not greeted. Server was on the phone. Ice cream was freezer burned. Threw it out in a garbage can around the corner. Go to van lewen.

I’ve been a customer since the days of a cart in the farmers market but unfortunately, I’m moving on. I understand costs have increased and quality should be rewarded, however, prices had gone up before recent times and quality is not commensurate to what you pay. One scoop in a cup, root beer float with a partially filled bottle you have to take with you because the cup is too small, and a half pint should not cost $32; Admittedly, that includes a tip. If you want an overpriced experience or do not consider the cost of your purchases then this is your place. If these are not your preferences then consider Torico’s or another local business.

Great place with handmade ice-cream. Honey lavender and classic chocolate are my favorite, tastes very natural. The place is very tiny, offers only to-go option, but inside is very tidy and cute. Cashier Lilia is very lovely, great customer service! 5 stars!
